  • Promoted twice into leadership positions since initial hire, currently oversee a team of E-Learning Designers and Graphic Designers to design, develop, and deliver online education to user-base of over 60,000 employees.

  • Project manage and lead all e-learning projects and graphic design requests, composed of in-house curriculum, custom solutions for properties, loyalty program training/development, and compliance.

      Description: Facilitated a 3-day instructional design class and 3-day e-learning development workshop teaching two industry standard e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 2 and Camtasia Studio 8) for the various managers and directors at MGM Macau, China (Approx. 25 attendees).

    • Wine and Food Pairing Workshop - Team Building (June, 2015)
      Description: Facilitated a 2 hour wine tasting and food pairing workshop for the Talent and Organizational Performance Department (Approx. 50 attendees).

    • Computer Certification Program (CCP) - Windows 7 Series
      Description: Teach a quarterly 3-course series (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced) on Windows 7 operating system along with additional components such as Internet Explorer, File Management, and Microsoft Office. 

    • Cookie Baking Class - Team Building Activity (August, 2014)
      Description: Co-facilitated a cookie baking class as a fundraising and team building event for the Labor Relations department (approx. 20 attendees).

    • Chocolate Class - Team Building Activity (February, 2014)
      Co-facilitated a chocolate demo and class for the Talent and Organizational Development Department (approx. 40 attendees)
